We ask that you choose your merchandise carefully. If you have ANY question regarding our merchandise please contact us before you buy. Unfortunately, there are no returns on Custom ordered Artwork, Brooms or Mojo Bags.
Merchandise may be returned as long as it is not worn, damaged or otherwise unsellable. Consumer pays shipping cost plus 10% restocking fee.
If item is damaged during shipping from us we will replace it with the SAME item at no extra cost to the consumer. Simply place the return label provided with your invoice, and the reason for your return. We will pay the return shipping cost on these items only.
There are no cash refunds. Store Credit Only (minus 10% restocking fee.)
At Charmed In New England we strive to process, pack and ship your products in a timely matter. Orders are processed, packaged and shipped Monday through Friday from 10 am - 8pm EST. Orders received after 8pm on Fridays and before 11 am Saturday will be shipped on Saturday. Orders received after 11 am on Saturday and orders received on Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (Monday.) Shipping rates start at $5.00. For purchases over $50.00 shipping is Free.
In stock merchandise shipping time is 3-5 business days (US orders)
For drop shipments and special order items please allow an additional 3-4 days.
Out of stock items will ship as soon as they are available.
